Sandy Cole, Director

Sandy is the Director at Alliance Daycare and also serves as our four year-old preschool teacher.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and has worked with every age group here during her  twenty year employment. She is happily married with two wonderful children. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outside.

Jessica Burr

Jessica is a Coudersport native and graduated from Coudersport Jr/Sr.High School in 1998. She was a stay at home mom for several years before working with children in 2009. She worked at Arnot Childcare and Learning Center in Port Allegany until they closed in 2013. She joined our staff in August 2013. She has obtained her CDA as well as taken a class in child development through Clarion University. She hopes to take more classes in the future to work towards her Associates Degree in early childhood education. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, day trips and spending time with her four children and family.

Regina Auger

Regina grew up in the state of New York and is a mother of seven children.  She has seen and triumphed through the various stages of child developments and challenges everyone faces while caring for children.  Regina has been a stay-at-home mother, along with caring for others' children privately.  She brought her son to the preschool program here at the Alliance; while he moved onto public schooling, she decided to stay.  Regina teaches the 18 month-old class, though she helps with all children.  Her strengths are definitely the ability to remain calm and patiently love each individual child.

Danni Morley

Danni has been working at Alliance Daycare and Learning Center for nearly 10 years. She loves being around the children that we care for here at the daycare. She also likes to read, color, play video and board games. She also volunteers at her local fire department as a fire police and has served there since she was 16 years old. 

Frida Snyder

Frida has worked in childcare since 1988 and worked at the Alliance Daycare and Learning Center for the past eleven years, primarily in our infant room. When not in daycare, she is usually with her seven grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, theater, museums and shopping. She also is an avid collector of dolls, Faberge eggs and tea kettles. When asked to summarize her life she said " I keep busy and enjoy the life God has given me. There is always something to look forward to."

Stacy Lawton 

Mrs Stacy works in our 18-24 month old room. She lives in Coudersport and is the mother of 5 children. She loves spending time with her family and supporting her children in their activities. She is grateful to be able to be a part of your child's early learning development. 

Pam Sprouse

Pam has been with Alliance Daycare since 2016. She had a daycare in her home for 6 years when here children were young. She loves working with children of all ages. She loves their energy and creativity. Pam expresses that she thinks we have an amazing director and staff and feels truly blessed to be part of this team. 

Grace Jordan

Grace was born and raised in the Philippines. She has a Bachelors degree in psychology. She has dedicated a lot of time in her life caring for children, serving as a guidance counselor for six years and a teacher for more than fifteen years. She enjoys writing poetry and interpretive dance. She loves children and the opportunity to watch them grow and progress. She believes that our center is a pleasant place for your child to begin their academic preparation. We have a great team with an incredible passion for each individual child.  

Novelyn Williams

Novelyn grew up in the Philippines. She has a Bachelor Degree in Secondary Education with a major in Mathematics. She has previously worked at a high school as both a math teacher and a tutor. She has a son who attends the daycare and her family loves to read and travel.
