Sandy Cole, Director

Sandy is the Director at Alliance Daycare and also serves as our four year-old preschool teacher.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and has worked with every age group here during her thirty year employment. She is happily married with two wonderful children. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outside.​

Keith Cole

Keith has been working here for 4 years. He helps with the preschool class as well as working with the school kids.  Keith graduated from Coudersport Jr/Sr High School in 2019 and has an associates degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology in Building Construction. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family as well as reading, cooking and building.

Emma Smith

Emma has been working with us for just under a year. She takes care of the babies in our nursery. Ms. Emma is originally from Pittsburgh area. She graduated from Harvest Baptist Academy in 2019 and has an esthetician license from Butler Beauty school. She is happily married and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. 

Danni Morley

Danni has been working at Alliance Daycare and Learning Center for nearly 10 years. She loves being around the children that we care for here at the daycare. She also likes to read, color, play video and board games. She also volunteers at her local fire department as a fire police and has served there since she was 16 years old. 

Dannielle Miller

Dannielle graduated from Galeton School and got her CDA at the Seneca Highlands Career and Technical Center in Port Allegany. She has been working at the Alliance Daycare since June 2022. Outside of work, she loves to read and spend time with her favorite people.

MAriah MAck

Pam Sprouse

Pam has been with Alliance Daycare since 2016. She had a daycare in her home for 6 years when here children were young. She loves working with children of all ages. She loves their energy and creativity. Pam expresses that she thinks we have an amazing director and staff and feels truly blessed to be part of this team. 

Brenda Rudd

Brenda has worked at the Daycare with the school kids since 2010. She has a bachelors degree from Nyack College. She also works for the Coudersport School District as the high school secretary. She is married and has 4 daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
